2023 Drug Recognition and Enforcement Conference!

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to announce that the 2023 Drug Recognition and Enforcement Conference will be taking place on September 27-28, 2023 at the Toronto Congress Center, 650 Dixon Road, Toronto, ON. There will be a fantastic line-up of keynote speakers from the U.S., which includes:

• Jermaine Galloway – a devoted, passionate man who cares about America’s (and beyond) youth and communities. That passion informs what he does with Tall Cop Says Stop^TM.
• Corporal Ryan Hutton – a full-time law enforcement officer for the state of Missouri. He created Extract-ED Training, which provides training to law enforcement, prosecutors, and civilian entities on various topics, including marijuana, drug trends, drug impairment, officer wellness, and leadership.
• Dr. Karl Citek, MS, OD, PhD, FAAO, teaches courses in Ophthalmic Optics, Physiological Optics, and Environmental Vision, and supervises student interns in the Low Vision Clinic at Pacific Eye Clinic Forest Grove. His current research interest includes function and performance testing of alcohol and/or drug intoxication.
