The Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) continues to discuss pre-charge screening with the OACP as part of its justice modernization initiatives. The OACP will continue to defend police discretion and independence in this area. MAG’s active participation in the OACP Justice Committee is critical to working cooperatively on needed justice reforms.
