Over five years, UCCM Police Service’s Light the Fire Within initiative has taken an integrated, culturally-responsive and trauma-informed approach to addressing domestic violence. They developed training and programs for officers and community members to light the fire within each of them to foster personal and community wellness.
On March 24th and 25th, join the UCCM Police Service as they Share Best Practices to Light the Fire Within Others at the Gathering in Toronto.
The Gathering will bring together UCCM’s team and professional voices in cultural, mental health and trauma-informed practices.
