OACP President and York Regional Police Chief Jim MacSween delivered opening remarks and joined a panel discussion on Everyone’s Role and Responsibility in Assuring Effective Executive Police Leadership. OACP Director of Government and Media Relations José Luís (Joe) Couto also participated on the same panel as moderator. We thank the many OACP members and police personnel who made this empowering event a huge success.
