New Wellness Video

We are pleased to make police leaders aware of an important new video by York Regional Police, Peel Regional Police, and Greater Sudbury Police Service on police wellness. The video touches on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and addiction issues and features members from the three services talking about their personal experiences.

All police services dedicate significant resources to member wellness. The OACP also places a high priority on supporting police members in law enforcement across Ontario. We urge services to make this video available within their organizations and communities.
