New Issue of HQ Magazine

We are pleased to advise members that the latest issue of HQ Magazine is now available online here.

In this issue, we feature a number of important articles on issues of importance to police leaders, including the cover story by Peter Merry of CGI Canada on the critical need for police to use technology to better catch criminals. We are also pleased to have Matt Torigian, Fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, former Chief of Police of Waterloo Regional Police Service, Deputy Solicitor General, and OACP Past-President provide an article on “re-imaging” policing.
