The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police’s (OACP) Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Network has begun planning for its Fall Symposium entitled Biases and Policing Employment Practices, which will take place on October 27, 2021. This virtual event will feature speakers on bias, recruiting, retention and promotion, and data collection in policing employment practices.
