Leading Women Leadership Coaching Program

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police is pleased to advise that the Ontario Women in Law Enforcement (OWLE) and Heather Clayton Consulting are offering a second cohort of Leading Women, the leadership coaching program designed for senior women in law enforcement. This unique development experience is open to 24 women in senior leadership roles.

Who should you consider for this unique leadership opportunity for women:

• Police Civilian Managers/Directors and Executives
• Police Leaders – holding positions within your senior leadership teams – recognizing that this may include the ranks of Staff Sergeants or Inspectors and higher, depending on the size of the service.
