2023 OCAN AWARD WINNERS!
On May 29th, the recipients for the 2023 OCAN Awards were announced at the Ontario Crime Analysis Network Workshop hosted with Halton Regional Police Service.
Nick Chamut (OPP) was awarded the Breakout Analyst of the Year, Brianna Mountjoy (OPP) was awarded Outstanding Analyst of the Year, and Kerri Gibb (RCMP) was awarded the inaugural Mentor of the Year. The winners were nominated for their exemplary work and dedication within the analytical community.
In total, 29 analysts across the province were nominated by their peers and supervisors. Keep an eye out for the 2024 nominations later this year!
