The OACP is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
As such, people who send messages must be aware that personal and other information contained in electronic correspondence (or printed versions thereof), which are directed to the OACP, are subject to MFIPPA and may be deemed releasable under this legislation. Therefore, the anonymity or confidentiality of the sender and any information contained within the correspondence cannot be guaranteed. Electronic messages residing on a system outside those domain names owned by the OACP, but deemed to be in the custody and control of the OACP, may also be releasable under this legislation.

OACP does not collect information for commercial or marketing purposes, and will not sell, exchange, or otherwise distribute the information collected through this website. The OACP collects only the minimum information needed to meet the purpose for which the collection is required.
