Back to SearchIf you haven’t nominated anyone yet for the Ontario Crime Analysis Network’s (OCAN) “Outstanding Crime Analyst of the Year” and the “Breakout Analyst” Awards, it’s not too late. The deadline for submissions is January 4th, 2021, and the nomination form can be submitted to Cliff Aguiar, Director of OCAN and cliff.aguiar@southsimcoepolice.ca. The award winners will be announced in February 2021.
The Outstanding Crime Analyst of the Year and the Breakout Analyst Awards are supported by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP). The Outstanding Crime Analyst of the Year Award is an opportunity for you to nominate one of your peers in the field as it relates to some of the great work witnessed during 2020. The Breakout Analyst Award was added as an additional recognition for newly established analysts in the field as they progress in their training, experiences and relationships with internal and external members.
