We are pleased to announce that the 2022 class for the Police Leadership (PLP) Program is our biggest ever, with 46 participants! The program will start on October 17 and end on November 4.
The program is a collaboration between the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. It is a unique, intensive experience for up-and-coming police leaders that focuses on the key facets of leadership, and it provides participants with the opportunity to challenge themselves in a dynamic learning environment.
This year’s program includes some terrific guest speakers, including:

- Chief Rob Davis, Brantford Police Service
- Chief Kai Liu, Treaty Three Police Service & President of the Indigenous Police Chiefs of Ontario

- Deputy Chief Rajnish Saini, Nelson Police Department
- Gary V. Melanson, Solicitor, Senior Director of Legal Services and Risk Management, Waterloo Regional Police Service
