Ontario’s police community will be joined by political leaders and members of the public on Sunday, May 7, 2023 for this year’s Ontario Police Memorial Ceremony of Remembrance. The 24th Annual Ceremony of Remembrance will commence at 11:00 a.m. at Queen’s Park in Toronto.

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) joins police leaders across Canada in expressing shock over the murder of Mr. Tyre Nichols on January 10, 2023, after an altercation with officers from the Memphis Police Department. We offer our condolences to Mr. Nichols’ family and friends.
