Chief William "Jim" Harding (Ret.), Halton Regional Police Service - October 27, 2022
Retired Chief Harding, or Jim as he was affectionately known, began his policing career in Canada with the then City of Brampton Municipal Police Department (now Peel Regional Police Service) in January 1967.
