Ontario’s police leaders passed two important resolutions regarding Canada’s National Public Alerting System and the replacement of the Automated Criminal Intelligence Information System (ACIIS) for law enforcement in Canada. The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to announce that Chief Antje McNeely of the Kingston Police has been elected as President of the association for 2020-2021.Chief McNeely was elected along with a new Board Executive at the OACP Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 2020. She succeeds Chief Paul Pedersen of the Greater Sudbury Police Services as President.
