The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to announce that Chief Nishan Duraiappah of Peel Regional Police has been elected First Vice-President by OACP members at today’s 2021 Annual General Meeting. The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to announce that Gary Conn, Chief of Police of the Chatham-Kent Police Service, will serve as the association’s President for 2021-2022. The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and police services across the province are marking the beginning of Canada Road Safety Week (CRSW) today, a 7-day (May 18 to 24) national campaign that focuses on making Canadian roads the safest in the world.
